WHY I STOPPED CHASING AFTER TITLES

It had become an obsession of sorts. My ascend into the corporate ranks was filled with many opportunities including those with higher salaries and prestigious titles. But I was chasing titles which had intrinsic value but by their stagnant nature couldn't clearly define who I was and what I did.

So I stopped chasing titles and starting creating change.

- changes to my personal development
- changes to my physical self
- changes to my intellectual being
- changes to my spiritual self
- changes to my professional development

And with those changes, I stopped chasing titles that labeled me and started created change that defined me.
